For the Consolidated Election of April 4, 2023
 
The schedule for Early Voting in Effingham County, Illinois will be as follows:
In-person in the Benwood Conference Room, First Floor
101 North Fourth Street
Effingham, IL  62401
Thursday, February 23, 2023 through Monday, April 3, 2023
Saturday, April 1, 2023- 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (noon)
 
 
All precincts within the County of Effingham will be served at the County Clerk's office.
 
 
VOTE BY MAIL

Thursday, February 23, 2023 ---First Day for the election authority to mail an official ballot to a registered voter within the confines of the United States who has made application to vote by mail.
